Review process

Your account is reviewed by our team. After you verify your membership you can start publishing your first listing. Read more about membership & listing requirements here (Terms of Use).

Look for partners

Hunt for some unique listings and get in touch with other agents to collaborate on the sale. New listings need to be reviewed and can take some time to go online. For the first 24h, listings will be available to Premium users exclusively.

Create a listing

Create a listing using our online tools and get more exposure. Sell faster with the help of other real estate agents. There is no estimate of when other agents will get in touch with you. However, we would recommend creating several listings to increase your chance of collaboration.

Collaboration

There are two types of agents, client agents, and property agents. Normally each agent is eligible for the commission of his client, but agents are free to make different agreements as well. Once you find a partner, you can connect via direct message or simply call. Please keep in mind that it is totally up to you how you negotiate with other members, or how you design your contracts. Bonema doesn't take any referral fees nor any percentage from the commission. Each member has the freedom to choose who they work with. Respect other members.

What extra services are available for purchase?

There are optional purchases for each of our memberships. Following services can be booked optionally:

Is Bonema #upforcollab just for real estate agents?

Definitely not, sellers and buyers are welcome to use our platform to sell their properties or find unique off-market properties to buy. If you are just a buyer, you can sign up for free membership and search available properties. In the event of a sale, Bonema will lead you through the sales process and support you with the communication.

What are the advantages for sellers compared to other platforms?

There are several advantages such as the following:

The platform exposes your listings not only to potential buyers but also to agents with a large number of clients. Collaborate and accelerate your selling process and multiply your chances of success.

Listing on Bonema is less expensive than on other platforms. We have fixed and transparent prices with no hidden costs. With a Basic Membership, you can list your first property for free. Additional listings cost just 19.90 € per month. Our premium members can list unlimited numbers of properties.

How secure is publishing information on Bonema?

At Bonema, Agents decide what information they want to share on their profiles and listings and can decide who they want to work with. Free users are not verified, therefore they don't see some information such as addresses of the properties and agents profile. Basic and Premium members are verified by Bonema and are able to see all provided property information in listings, as well as the full profiles of the agents. Please note that if you wish, you can provide just general information in your listings and profile, and upon request, you can ask for a Non-Disclosure-Agreement (NDA) prior to sending more information. Bonema can not be held liable for any issues among members, as we are just a provider of a platform for Agents up for collaboration.

Where do I find my invoices?

Your invoice will be mailed to you monthly. Alternatively, you can download your invoices under your account settings.

Change your membership

Memberships are flexible and can be changed at any time unless you have an annual membership. Annual plans provide the best value for money, as it gives you 2 free months.

Cancelling your membership

If you see no benefit in the membership and decide to cancel your membership, you can cancel it at any time, except you have an annual membership. Annual memberships end at the end of the 12 month period. You can re-activate your membership and continue collaborating at any time unless you have decided to delete your account. Please note that once you've deleted your account you cannot recover it. All your Data and listings at Bonema will be pulled once your account is deleted.
