6. Google Analytics

This website uses the functions of the Google Analytics web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics also uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Where IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address is however abbreviated in advance by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and be abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your usage of the website, to compile reports about the website activities and to provide the website operator with further services connected to the website usage and internet usage. The IP address transmitted from your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not associated with any other data held by Google. You may prevent the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser software; we advise you however that in this case, it will not be possible to make full use of all the features of this website.

Furthermore, you can also prevent the capture by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the web site (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. By this means, IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, any ability to directly relate such to persons can thus be excluded.

For more information on the terms and conditions of use and protection of data of or at Google Analytics, see http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/.

7. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google’s Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is a solution that enables marketers to manage website tags via an interface. The Google Tag Manager service itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personal data. Google Tag Manager caters for the triggering of other tags, which might then collect data on your side. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been implemented at the domain or cookie level, this remains for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

8. Dimensions conversion with the visitor action pixel from Facebook

With your consent, which you have granted as follows, “I am in agreement with the use of the visitor action pixel from Facebook,” we employ the “visitor action” pixel from Facebook Inc. (Facebook) within our website. In this way, user behaviour can be followed once these have been forwarded to the website of the provider by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. This procedure is used to determine the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and can contribute to the optimising of future advertising measures.

The data collected is anonymous to us and does not, therefore, offer us any indication of the identity of the user. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, meaning that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for their own promotional purposes in accordance with the Facebook data usage directive (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). You can permit Facebook and its partners to activate advertisements on and outside of Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie is stored on your computer to this end.

9. Google AdWords

This website uses the online advertising program, “Google AdWords,” from Google and conversion tracking in the framework of such. The cookie for conversion tracking is employed if a user clicks on advertisement activated by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, both we and Google can recognise that the user has been re-directed to this site. Each Google Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of advertisers. The information collected with the help of the conversion cookie serves the creation of conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers get to know the total number of users who have clicked on their advertisement and have been forwarded to a website equipped with a conversion tracking tag. They do not, however, receive any information which would render the user personally identifiable. Users who do not want to take part in the tracking can easily disable the Google conversion tracking cookie via their internet browser under user settings. These users are not recorded in the conversion tracking statistics. If you would like to disable the use of cookies, you can set your browser so that all cookies are rejected or that you will be informed when a cookie is sent. If you would like to disable the conversion tracking cookies, you can set your browser so that cookies are blocked from the following domain: googleadservices.com.

Further information on the topic of data protection in the context of Google AdWords can be found at this link: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/technologies/ads/.

Note, however, that some web pages may not function properly if you do not accept cookies.

10. Google AdSense

This website uses the online advertising service, Google AdSense. With this, advertising is presented to you which matches your interests. These advertisements are recognisable via the “Google Ads” notice in the respective advertisement. By visiting our website, Google is informed that you have accessed our website. To this end, Google deposits a cookie on your computer. The data named under Point 2 of this
data protection declaration is transmitted. In addition, so-called web beacons are employed; these are invisible images with which your user behaviour on this website is evaluated. The IP address transmitted from your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not associated with any other data held by Google. We have neither any influence on the data collected nor is the full scope of data collection known to us. This data is transferred to the USA and evaluated there. It is possible that this data is forwarded to contractual partners of Google and to authorities.

This website does not activate any third-party advertising via Google AdSense.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by Google AdSense in various different ways:

a) by means of an appropriate setting in your browser software; this leads in particular to the suppression of third-party cookies so you do not receive any third-party advertising.

b) by disabling the interest-related ads on Google via the link http://www.google.de/ads/preferences, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies.

c) by disabling the interest-related ads of the provider, which form part of the self-regulatory campaign “About Ads,” via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies.

d) by permanent deactivation in the browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome via the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would point out, however, that in this case, it will not be possible to make full use of all the features of this offer.

11. Social Media Plug-Ins

Bonema GmbH is active in a number of social networks. Our website, therefore, includes a number of so-called social media plug-ins (Facebook ‘Like’ button, Google +1 and Twitter button), about which we would like to inform you in greater detail.

The use of social media plug-ins is carried out within the framework of the so-called 2-click solution, whereby the actual social media plug-in is initially reloaded by a click on a static graphic. This means that when you visit our website, no personal data is in principle initially forwarded to the providers of these social media plug-ins. You can recognise the provider of the social media plug-ins via the marking on the greyed-out boxes on the basis of the initial letter. Only if you click on one of the social media plugins is your personal data transmitted: By activating the social media plug-ins, data is transmitted automatically to the respective social media plug-in provider and saved there (e.g. in the USA for US-American providers). We have neither any influence on the data collected and the data processing procedures, nor are the full scope of data collection, purposes and storage periods known to us. Since the social media plug-in providers data carry out the collection particular via cookies, we recommend that you delete all cookies via the security settings of your browser before clicking on the greyed-out box.

If you enable a social media plug-in, the social media plug-in provider receives the information that you have requested the corresponding sub-page of our online offer. By activating the social media plug-in, the following data can be sent to the social media service provider: IP address, browser information, operating system, screen resolution, installed browser plug-ins, e.g. Adobe Flash Player, the origin of visitors, whether you followed a link (referrer), URL of the current web page.

This occurs regardless of whether you have an account with this social media plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged into your account with the respective social media plug-in provider, this data will be directly associated with your account. If you press the activated button and, for example, link the page, the social media plug-in provider also saves this information in your user account and publicly informs your contacts of this. If you do not desire this association with your profile at the social media plug-in provider, you must log out of your respective account before activating the button.

The social media plug-in provider saves this data as a usage profile and uses this for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation shall be carried out in particular (also for non-logged-in users) for the presentation of on-demand advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right to object to the formation of this user profile; to exercise this, you must turn directly to the respective social media plug-in provider.

Further information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and its processing by the social media plug-in provider can be found in the personal data protection declarations of these providers as issued in the following.
